Will Conor McGregor vs. Khabib Nurmagomedov Officially Be Announced This Weekend In Calgary? All Signs Point To Yes

FREE AT LAST, FREE AT LAST!
Conor McGregor appeared in court today to plead guilty to the single charge of disorderly conduct that was handed to him in April for beating the shit out of a bus in the lead up to UFC 223.
And at the end of the day, the New York justice system put up about as good of a fight against Conor as Jose Aldo did. McGregor received no jail time, five days of community service, and is being entered in to an anger management program (which will last one to three days…HOW WILL HE SURVIVE?). But most importantly, McGregor’s plea will not affect his travel visa, and he can therefore fight in the United States.
YOU KNOW WHAT THAT MEANS FOLKS: its time to book Conor vs. Khabib for the UFC lightweight title. We are waaaaayyyy past due.
The feud between Conor and Khabib has been heating up over the past year or so, ever since Khabib captured the interim lightweight strap. Khabib was also on the bus that McGregor trashed last April, and it was pretty clear that the chair that McGregor launched through the bus window was aimed for him. Between that incident and the shit talking on Twitter, I think its safe to say that these two don’t like each other very much. So now that McGregor’s legal issues are past him, I think we can all agree that its time to lock these fuckers in a cage already and let them settle their differences.
If i’m the UFC, I’m on the phone RIGHT NOW with Conor trying to work out a deal. I’m sure preliminary talks have already begun, it’s just a matter of making it official. And the UFC just so happens to have the perfect platform for doing so as their UFC Calgary card this weekend is being aired on big FOX (not Fox Sports). That will be a huge TV audience that I’m sure would love to hear an official fight announcement like Conor vs. Khabib. Its honestly the perfect place to start the hype.
And oh… look who happens to be in Calgary supporting his teammate this weekend?
And apparently McGregor posted this to Twitter (then deleted it) yesterday.
I can only assume Calvary = Calgary here (spell checck is fur puzzies anyway).
The stars are aligning here, guys. These two will likely be under the same roof this weekend. This fight is happening (assuming they can still afford to pay Conor). And I can’t fucking wait.
