Hey NBA, you ever wonder why the NFL completely dominates your ass? It’s because your league is stupid. Right now my feeling toward the NBA is like how Dan Gilbert felt toward Lebron when he left Cleveland the first time for the Heat. I want to write the NBA a nasty, disgusting, degrading letter telling them how big of a failure they are, typed out in the childish comic sans font that Dan Gilbert used.
Yes, I am a Pelicans fan. Yes, I am very butthurt that Boogie left the Pelicans for the Warriors but honestly I’m not mad at Boogie and I don’t blame him. Why not take advantage of the system and get yourself a ring? I simply think the NBA is fucking stupid and there’s absolutely no reason to watch it whatsoever.
The NBA has the least level playing field in any sports league in all the world. The MLB, a league that has teams like the Yankees, Red Sox and Dodgers with quadruple the payrolls of small market teams has a more level playing field. Shit, La Liga, the Spanish soccer league where only Real Madrid and Barcelona stand a chance, and The English Premier league, where maybe 3 or 4 teams stand a chance, has a more level playing field. There is honestly no reason to watch the NBA.
The Western Conference playoffs may be mildly entertaining but we all know what the end result will be. Warriors Warriors Warriors. They already have 3 titles this decade and they’re thinking, “Not 4, not 5, not 6.” Why not a dozen into the next decade. Lebron you shoulda just gone to the Warriors. You royally screwed yourself by going to the Lakers. You are lucky though because my hatred will no longer be aimed at you. It will be aimed at the NBA and the Warriors. I wasn’t even really a Warriors hater. I didn’t root for them by any means but they surely are a fun team to watch. But fun or not, fuck you.
I can promise you one thing, unless I’m offered free courtside seats to a NBA game I will not watch one second of this bullshit league. Please everyone join me in boycotting the NBA. Unless you’re a bitch Warriors fan. Peace NBA!
